The CETL is a contract research laboratory operated by the College of Engineering & Science of Clemson University. We develop & apply technology to solve problems for government & industry, provide work related learning experiences to students, and provide a variety of services to our clients. Engineering Support

The CETL provides a variety of engineering support services to our clients, ranging from component analysis to installation and evaluation of full systems.

Rapid Component Fabrication (RCF) is the integration of the latest technical advances in 3D computer aided design, rapid prototyping and reverse engineering, coupled with casting, injection molding or CNC machining to allow quick and inexpensive production of experimental but fully functional components. Whether you need visualization models, or functioning components, we can help you.

 

CETL's Rapid Component Fabrication laboratory adds Stratasys 360mc manufacturing center.

CETL adds Creaform EXAscan and MAXscan reverse engineering capability, augmented by RapidForm XOR & VOR reverse engineering and verification software.

CETL acquires Mimics Medical Imaging Software to support research activities at Medical University of SC and Clemson's Bioengineering Department.
